"Ghostbusters!" yelled the group of students at our Halloween English Activity. That might be one of the funniest things we've done so far, aside from making people bake imaginary cakes.
Alo,
Happy Halloween and Merry Christmas for those of you that start celebrating in November. I have opinions for those of you that make that decision, but I'm a missionary right now so I can't express that too much other than saying: That is a poor use of your agency. Haha.
This week nothing extraordinary really happened. We had a typical week of doing missionary work.
The Asia Area President came and did a mission tour, highlighting the importance of our personal studies as missionaries. He pointed out that just as much as we study for ourselves to be prepared to teach, we should also study for our friends to be prepared to help them. He also talked about learning the language and using the Book of Mormon/Spirit in our teachings. It was interesting and he had some good insights.
For our Preparation Day today, we are gonna be pretty lazy and do some much needed resting from last week and the upcoming week. We will clean the apartment and then go get a nice lunch somewhere. Then, I'll probably go buy some doughnuts cause why not.
Shoot me an update with how you are doing, fun pictures, or something else. I'm feeling good!
Love,
Anh Cả Reynolds
